The Pharmaceutical Risk Management and Accountability Act
May 28th, 2026
Big Pharma profits by pushing experimental drugs—COVID vaccines, gender transition drugs, SSRIs—on youth and the vulnerable, despite real uncertainty about their long-term effects. Some companies even cut deals with government to escape all financial liability.
The Pharmaceutical Risk Management and Accountability Act ends that free pass, forcing these corporations to fund victim compensation, cover their share of health costs, and finally answer for the risks they create.

Young Workers Income Tax Relief Act
May 21st, 2026
Young British Columbians are being driven out—unaffordable homes, rising unemployment, stagnant wages, and 77% of those fleeing the province are under 40. Meanwhile the government runs record deficits and dumps the debt on the next generation.
The Young Workers Tax Relief Act fights back: cutting income tax in half for under-40s and slashing public spending 50%—the biggest cut in B.C.'s history—so young people keep what's theirs.

Home Rental Fairness Act
May 7th, 2026
B.C. has the priciest rents in Canada—nearly $400 above the national average—yet homeowners are too afraid to rent, with up to 30% refusing to list secondary suites. An eight-month dispute backlog means a bad tenant can squat rent-free for nearly a year.
The Home Rental Fairness Act scraps the failed short-term rental ban and rebuilds our broken tenancy laws within 12 months—fairer for owners and tenants alike.

Speculation and Vacancy Tax Repeal Act
April 16th, 2026
Since 2018, the speculation and vacancy tax has forced 1.7 million British Columbians to prove their innocence every year—yet it applies to under 1% of them, creating a five-year collection backlog. Vacancy rates climbed to 4% because of federal immigration cuts, not this tax.
The Speculation and Vacancy Tax Repeal Act ends a punitive, useless levy on families with a work suite, a cabin, or a second home.

Transparency of Advocacy Organizations Act
April 2nd, 2026
Thousands of advocacy groups in B.C.—Pride societies, Indigenous lobbies, environmental organizations—take government or foreign money, yet hide who funds them and how it's spent. The Transparency of Advocacy Organizations Act drags them into the light: mandatory disclosure of funding sources, amounts, and top salaries. Refuse, and any citizen can sue, with penalties up to $10 million—rewarding the people who hold these shadowy groups accountable.

Defunding Aboriginal Title Claims Affecting Private Property Act
March 12th, 2026
Aboriginal title claims over private property throw B.C.'s economy into chaos—threatening the homes of ordinary citizens. The Cowichan Tribes won title over private Richmond land last summer; the Tk'emlúps claim now targets a city of 100,000 residents' homes.
The Defunding Aboriginal Title Claims Affecting Private Property Act cuts off non-essential provincial funding to any group pursuing these claims. The message is simple: leave British Columbians' private property alone.

Bill Introduction Speech
Drug Recovery and Community Safety Act
March 5th, 2026
Taxpayers are footing the bill for addiction—millions poured into 58 government drug consumption sites that keep people using, not recovering. The Drug Recovery and Community Safety Act closes them within six months and ends benefits being diverted to illegal drugs.
Like impaired drivers, those convicted of drug offences must complete recovery before payments resume—freeing millions for treatment, community safety, and the people who truly need support.

'Human Rights' Code
Repeal Act
February 26th, 2026
The Human Rights Tribunal exists to silence conservative speech and punish the NDP's political enemies by labeling any opposition to the Left as "hateful." They fined school trustee Barry Neufeld $750,000 for believing men can't become women — for refusing to indoctrinate kids with woke lies.
The Human Rights Tribunal Repeal Act would abolish the tribunal and end its assault on free speech.

Bill Introduction Speech
Gender Ideology and Child Protection Act
February 19th, 2026
Fathers are often powerless to stop ex-spouses from transitioning their kids against their will. This bill would amend the Family Law Act, as well as the Child, Family and Community Service Act, to classify the promotion of gender ideology as a form of emotional harm.
By classifying gender transitions as a form of child abuse in custody proceedings, judges will be prohibited from punishing fathers by awarding custody to pro-trans parents.

Bill Introduction Speech
Freedom Convoy
Recognition Day Act
December 2nd, 2025
The heroes of the historic Freedom Convoy fought for our medical rights and bodily autonomy against a government encroaching on our liberty. They deserve an official day of recognition.

Bill Introduction Speech
Secure Procurement in Respect of China Act
November 26th, 2025
China — a dictatorial communist regime — brutalizes its people, offshores Canadian industry, and imports deadly drugs and cheap goods into Canada. BC should buy from our allies, not our enemies.

Bill Introduction Speech
Post-Secondary Institutions DEI Prohibition Act
November 19th, 2025
For years, men, Whites, Jews, and Asians have been discriminated against in university admissions to give preferential treatment to others. In a meritocracy we reward the best candidate wins, regardless of race.

Bill Introduction Speech
New Resident Health Cost
Recovery Act
October 30th, 2025
Immigration has flooded BC with non-permanent residents. Yet emergency rooms are closing left and right, and one million people in BC don't have a family doctor. Migrants should pay their fair to benefit from our healthcare system.

Bill Introduction Speech
Protecting Minors from Gender Transition Act
October 8th, 2025
Social and medical gender transitions endanger our children. Cross-sex hormones, surgeries, and affirming confused identities has destroyed lives. It's time we protect minors from harmful gender transitions by banning them in education and healthcare.
