'Human Rights' Code
Repeal Act

The Human Rights Tribunal exists to silence conservative speech and punish the NDP's political enemies by labeling any opposition to the Left as "hateful." They fined school trustee Barry Neufeld $750,000 for believing men can't become women — for refusing to indoctrinate kids with woke lies.
The Human Rights Tribunal Repeal Act would abolish the tribunal and end its assault on free speech.

Gender Ideology and Child Protection Act

Fathers are often powerless to stop ex-spouses from transitioning their kids against their will. This bill would amend the Family Law Act, as well as the Child, Family and Community Service Act, to classify the promotion of gender ideology as a form of emotional harm.
By classifying gender transitions as a form of child abuse in custody proceedings, judges will be prohibited from punishing fathers by awarding custody to pro-trans parents.
